Mrs. Ewen was born in Harrod, Ohio and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida in 1947.
She was a Kentucky Colonel and a care giver. She was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution and attended Palm Vista Church of God.
Survivors include her son, Dennie (Vanessa) Ewen of Fort Pierce, FL ; daughter, Ann (Alan) Leavens of St. Cloud, FL; brother Richard (Sally) Groves of West Liberty, OH; 7 grandchildren, Geoff Leavens, Steven Leavens, John Jones, Elizabeth Guthrie, Dennie Ewen III, Paula Leavens, Brendan “BJ” Guthrie; 4 great-grandchildren, Colin Leavens, Aidan Leavens, Brooke Leavens & Brad Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennie Ewen, brother, Robert Groves and parents.
