Margaret C. Moffitt, 71, died February 19, 2014, in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Margaret was born in Glasgow, Scotland and was a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1996, coming from Staten Island, New York. She retired from Liberty Medical in Port St. Lucie after 15 years. For the past five years, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Dennis Moffitt of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Karen McCarthy of Fort Pierce; son, Michael Moffitt of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren: John McCarthy of Port St. Lucie, FL, Katelyn Guzman of Ft. Pierce, FL, Christopher Guzman of Akron, OH and Alexandra Altieri of Ft. Pierce, FL; and great-granddaughter, Kyla Guzman of Akron, Oh.
