Margaret Ann Caporaso Truppa, 86, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away November 18, 2022.
Margaret was born in Hillside, NJ in December of 1935 to Michael and Susan Caporaso. She graduated from Battin High School in Elizabeth, NJ and married the love of her life, Louis Truppa at St. Anthony’s in Elizabeth, NJ.
Margaret started her young career at General Motors. Once she had children, she started working at the Rahway Savings and then moved to head teller at National State Bank, both in New Jersey.
Margaret loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother and when she was not taking care of her family, she loved reading, as well as making puzzles. Her absolute favorite pastimes were playing Bingo and going to the Casinos to play the slot machines.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Louis and wife, Margaret Truppa of Iselin, NJ, daughter, Vincentina and husband, Joseph Luciano of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Nicole Murawski of West Palm Beach, FL, Louis Truppa IV of Iselin, NJ and Leanna Murawski of Vineland, NJ.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years, Louis R. Truppa and parents Michael and Susan Caporaso.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Lucie Catholic Church on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 11 AM.
