Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Pedro Yerena, daughters, Laura Yerena, Maria Yerena, Teresa Yerena all of Fort Pierce, FL and daughter Patricia Yerena of Whittier, NC; son, Jaime Yerena of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Abundio Garcia of Belle Glade, FL, Emilio Garcia of Colorado, Jose Garcia of Texas; sisters, Guadalupe Garcia and Maria de los Angeles Leon both of Texas and Gregoria Garcia of Mexico; and nine grandchildren.
