Marian Martin Franko

Marian Martin Franko, 92, of Florida passed away at the Sea Breeze Rehab and Nursing Center on Oct. 3, 2022. She was born in Pittston, Pennsylvania on Aug. 6, 1930 and she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Credlo) Martin. Marian was a graduate of the Falls Overfield School and she worked at Tops Chewing Gum.
Marian enjoyed spending time in her paradise “Florida”. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and boating.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers Joseph and Bernard Martin and a sister Dorothy Kenia.
She is survived by four sons; John Franko of Fl., Gery Franko and wife Diane of FL, Lawrence and wife Debbie Franko of Nicholson, and Joseph Franko and wife Erin of FL, sister Anna Mae Davidson of Falls, PA, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday Oct. 11th at 10am from The Church of the Holy Redeemer 2435 State Route 92 Falls, Pa. A visitation will be held at the church from 9am until the time of the service. Interment will follow at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
