Marie B Colagiacomo

Marie B. Colagiacomo (Russo), 75, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 29th, 2020 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Marie was born on December 14, 1944 to Pellegrino and Carmela Russo in Brooklyn, New York. She moved to Port Saint Lucie in 1978 from Long Island, New York. She was a devoted member of St Lucie Catholic Church. She had a love for bingo and gambling. She enjoyed cooking her macaroni and meatballs on Sundays for her family. And you could usually find her watching game shows with her husband or playing cards with her friends.

Marie was the beloved wife of Mario Colagiacomo for 51 years. Loving mother of Carmela Marisa (Paul) Johnson, Gina Marie Jolly, and Mario John Colagiacomo Jr. Devoted grandmother of Christiana Marie Black (Douglas) Damaceno, Jacy Phillip Johnson, Michael Shane Jolly Jr., and Jaeger Mario Johnson. Adored great-grandmother to Jonah Douglas Damaceno. And cherished sister of Anthony (Matilda) Russo and Vincent Russo; sister-in-law of Marisa (Vitantonio) Rutigliano and Cristina Beatty. And she leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends that have become family.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Russo and John (Gloria) Russo; sister, Bella Russo and her parents Pellegrino and Carmela Russo.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Hospital in memory of Marie, for which she has donated to for the past 30 years.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 5PM to 7PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, Florida. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 11AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church 425 SW Irving St. Port St. Lucie, Fl 34953. Burial will follow at Rolling Oaks Cemetery 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd Port St. Lucie, Fl 34953.
