Mrs. Fearns was born in Wilmington, Delaware and moved to Fort Pierce in 1983 coming from Wayne, New Jersey.
She worked at DuPont for 26 years.
Survivors include her son, Richard Conway of Wilmington, DE; grandson, Shaun Conway of Wilmington, DE. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Wilson and brother, Willard Ryan.
