Marie T. Flowers, age 56, died on November 17, 2010 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Cleveland, OH and came to Fort Pierce in 1978 coming from Tampa.
She was a graduate of T. R. Robinson High School in Tampa, a member of St. Mark’s, St. Anastasia, and St. Helen’s churches over the past 32 years. She worked for St. Lucie Clerk of the Court as the Manager of the Probate Department, where she was recently awarded Supervisor of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2010.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Andrew Flowers of Fort Pierce, FL; her daughter, Alicia King of McAllen, TX; her sons; Andrew Flowers of Brandon, FL, Mark Flowers of Palm Bay, FL and Brett Flowers of Mayport, FL, her sisters; Theresa Halm of Fort Pierce, Mariam Greene of Vero Beach, FL; brothers, Richard McIntosh of Murphy, NC, and Peter McIntosh of Tampa, FL; mother, Martha McIntosh of Vero Beach, FL; and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard McIntosh.
Services: Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 from 8:30 – 9:30 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
