Marilee Schabo Bialkowski, age 71, died on July 22, 2009 in Stuart, FL. She was born in Salamanca, NY and lived in Stuart for 13 years, coming from Fort Pierce and Fort Lauderdale.
She was an Event Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Club of Hobe Sound, FL for 13 years and a founding member of the Marine Industries Association of Florida.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Bialkowski of Stuart, her daughters, Marla Abrams of Coral Springs, FL, April Schabo Price of Port St. Lucie, FL, Kari Alisa Schabo y Rodriguez of Cooper City, FL, Andi Schabo Apuan of Rockwall, TX; her stepsons, Michael Bialkowski of Longmont, CO, Charles Bialkowski of Richmond, VA, Joseph Bialkowski of Cumberland, VA, and Leo Bialkowski of Richmond, VA, stepdaughters, Mary Clair O’Hara of Williamsburg, VA, Jayne Kirkland of Richmond, VA, and Susan Womack of Yorktown, VA, brothers, Max and David Linton both of Lakes Wales, FL, 28 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Schabo and her stepson, Gerard Bialkowski III.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County, 4731 SE Flounder Avenue, Stuart, FL 34997.
A celebration of her life will be conducted on Monday, July 27 at noon, at the Knights of Columbus Hall of Martin County, 7251 SW Gaines Avenue, Stuart, FL.
