Marjorie Ann Phillips
January 14, 1925 — December 23, 2017
Marjorie Ann Frere Phillips passed away on December 23, 2017, at age 92. Marjorie moved to Fort Pierce from Kansas with her family when she was three years old. She was the eighth child of 10. She met and married Kenneth L. Phillips in 1946, and they were happily married until his death in 1998. Marjorie dedicated her life to taking care of her husband and raising five children.
Marjorie is survived by her children, Linda and Jerry Kephart, Susan and Kevin Burban, Debbie and Tim Nelson, David Phillips, and Peggy and Joe Lewis. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Tiffany Bennett, Trey Summerlin, Camille Burban, Leah Nelson, K.C. and Cindy Nelson, Julie Nelson, Amanda Phillips and Sam Lewis, along with numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
There will be no formal services at this time. Marjorie’s family plans to have a celebration of her life at a later date.
