Marjorie Rose Smith, age 87, died on August 10, 2011 in Fort Pierce, FL.
Mrs. Smith was born in Hartford, CT and moved to Fort Pierce in 1954 coming from East Granby, CT.
She was a clerk for the county court and a past president of the Ladies Knights of Columbus.
She is survived by her daughters; Janice M. Dake of Fort Pierce, Fl, Debra McCain of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Douglas Smith of Oakland, ME; brother, Warren Rose of Bushnell, FL; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thure “T.C.” Smith, and son, Mark Anthony Smith.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 11:00AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
