Mark worked as a superintendent in construction. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved building things.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Gumm; children, Cody Gumm, Courtney Gumm, Abby Gumm, and Mollie Gumm; mother, Ellen Gumm; father, Frank Gumm; siblings, Peyton Butler, Duane Gumm, and Kevin Gumm.
