Marlene P. Evans, 83, died February 17, 2016 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Evans was born in Newberry, South Carolina and moved to Fort Pierce in 1958 coming from Columbia, South Carolina.
Marlene was employed by Dr. Frank Finker Optometrist and C.R. Lait Optician as a receptionist. She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church and long time member of Beta Sigma Phi Sority.
Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Evans of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Rita (Michael) Ciccarelli of Fort Pierce, FL, Marcia L. Haines of Palm City, FL, and Teresa (Duane) Oakley of Ball Ground, GA; grandchildren, Katrina Ciccarelli, Brianna Ciccarelli, Kyle Ciccarelli and Nicole Elmore; great-grandchildren, Addison Elmore and Emry Ciccarelli.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 4-6 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM AT St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
