Lewis, 82, died September 13, 2008, in Fort Pierce, Florida.Martha was born in Lockport, Kentucky, and was a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past 6 years, coming from Vance, KY.She was dedicated to being a nurse, was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening.Martha is survived by her husband of 63 years, Wayne Lewis of Port St. Lucie, FL; sons, Allen Lewis of Port St. Lucie, FL, David Lewis of Ada, OK and Ron Lewis of Jeffersonville, IN; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
