Mary Addicott, 59, passed away on November 10, 2015 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Mary was born in Zanesville, Ohio but moved shortly after to Guilford College, North Carolina where she lived for nine years, before moving to Martin County where she grew up and started her own family.
Mary spent the last 27 years of her life as a respiratory therapist working mostly at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. Mary also spread her contagious laugh throughout many other hospitals locally and in other states as a traveling therapist. When she wasn’t working, you would find her at the stable with her horse, Rudy, hiking, or spending time with her family. She was a member of the Tropical Trekkers Chapter of the Florida Trail Association.
Survivors include her son, Jerry (Erica) Little, III of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughters, Shannon (Paul) Webber of Lumber Bridge, NC and Kim Thiemann of Vero Beach, FL; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Bill Imlay of Hobe Sound, FL and Tom Imlay of FL; sister, Barbara Wickham of Keystone Heights, FL. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Imlay, Jr. and parents, Lois & John Imlay.
