Mrs. Day was born in Kenvir, Kentucky and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2001 coming from Okeechobee, Florida.
She was a coal miner’s daughter. She loved designing and making jewelry and loved to hunt and fish.
Survivors include her brother, Robert G. Ridner of Joliet, IL; caregiver, Earlene Hopkins of Ft. Pierce, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Day and 2 sisters and 5 brothers.
