Mary J. Trotta (nee Cataldi), 95, died September 13, 2017 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Trotta was born in Carlstadt, New Jersey and moved to Port St. Lucie two years ago coming from Chatham, New Jersey and originally from Belleville, New Jersey.
She was a graduate of Belleville High School, Class of 1940 and of Drake Business School. Prior to retirement she was a secretary. Mary played the piano and loved to crochet. She also enjoyed walking, shopping and being with family. She was involved in the Chatham Senior Citizen Club.
Survivors include her son, Gerald (Lucy) Trotta of Medford, OR; daughter, Claire (Robert) Garry of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Adam Trotta of Medford, OR, Nathan (Alexis) Trotta of Farmingdale, NJ and Rachel (Sarah) Trotta of Portland, OR; great-grandchildren, Michael Trotta of Roatan, Honduras, Paloma Grace Trotta of Farmingdale, NJ and Norah Berlin Trotta of Portland, OR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Clelia Cataldi and brother, Thomas Cataldi.
A private service will be held.
