Mrs. Hancock was born in Nauvoo, Alabama and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1974 coming from Gulf Port, Mississippi.
She loved fishing, gardening, reading and cooking.
Survivors include her son, Curtis Hancock of Orlando, FL; daughters, Patricia Davis and Peggy Souza both of Ft. Pierce, FL and Pamela Muse of Sebastian, FL; brother, Howard O’Gwin of Natchez, MS; sisters, Catherine Rains of Raymondville, TX and Bette Davis of Birmingham, AL; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Hancock, brother, Van O’Gwin, and sister, Susie Turner.
