Melba McCaskill Kreps, 88, passed away on June 27, 2023 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Mrs. Kreps was born on May 10, 1935 in Dublin, Georgia to Gene R. & Aza Lee Hartley. She moved to Fort Pierce, Florida 21 years ago coming from Bradenton, Florida.

Melba loved her church, family, and her pets.  She was a good gardener but an even better cook.

Survivors include her son, Ronald (Linda) McCaskill of Fort Pierce, FL, Bob Ruff McCaskill of Lake Placid, FL, Blake (Kammy) McCaskill of North Carolina, and Michael McCaskill of Lake Placid, FL; daughters, Patricia (Reuben) Victor McCaskill of Port St. Lucie, FL and Patricia McCaskill of Port St. Lucie, FL; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Services:  A service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A reception will follow at Haisley Reception Center.
