Merle Marley Dorrough, 83, died August 6, 2010 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Dorrough was born in Utica, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1995 coming from Rome, New York.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge and AMVETS. She was a kind, caring, generous and fun person with a wonderful circle of neighbors who watched over her and were truly wonderful friends.
Survivors include her daughter, Marielana (Stephen) Miglin of Marcy, NY; brother, Edwin (Carol Anne) Marley of Sanquoit, NY; sister, Joy (Bill) Conboy of Vero Beach, FL; grandchildren, Jeff Miglin, Kimberly Towne, and Holly Burritt; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, whom she married on August 5, 1969, Clifton Dorrough who died in 1998.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice, 901 37th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Services: Private inurnment will take place in Clayville, New York.
