Michael Flynn

Michael Edward Flynn, 76, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away suddenly on October 9, 2022.

Michael born to Joseph and Alice Flynn in Mineola, New York, January of 1946. After graduating from Hempstead High School, Michael joined the United States Army. He married the love of his live, Kathleen, in February of 1968

Michael, affectionately known as “Poppy”, was a retired employee of the US Postal Service and the Florida Department of Transportation.

Michael was a Parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton of Port St. Lucie and a member of the local American Legion.

A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Michael will be forever missed by his beloved wife of 54 years, Kathleen Flynn; his devoted children, Michael C. Flynn of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughters, Kerry Ann (Joe) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Susan (Jerry) Errigo of Normandy, TN, Alicia (Mike) Flynn and Tricia (Mike) Pasquence both of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Ashley, Brian, Jessica, Samantha, Brandon, Devin, Jayden and Alyssa; great-grandchildren, Gregory, Joseph, Elijah and Kayce; brother, Joseph Flynn and sister, Mary Ann Jamieson; and beloved dog, Maggie. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Alice Flynn and brothers, Edward, William and Thomas Flynn.

A visitation with a wake service will be held on October 11, 2022 from 5PM to 8PM a the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, Fl 34984. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s Catholic Church 930 SW Tunis Avenue Port St. Lucie, FL 39453.
