Survivors include his daughter, Krystal Evelyn Spatafora of Ft. Pierce, FL; mother & step-father, Patricia & Lindsay Coffman of Edmond, OK; sister, Christy Nieves of Edmond, OK; stepbrothers, Paul & David Coffman of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Spatafora.
Services: A service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Community United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Clearwater, Florida.
