MILDRED M. MILLER
Mildred “Midge” Miller, 86, died February 27, 2009, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Midge was born in Buffalo, New York, and was a resident of Fort Pierce for 45 years, coming from Buffalo, NY.
She was the owner/operator of Jere’s Cards & Gifts, enjoyed playing Bingo and was a loving mother. She loved helping others, which gave her the nickname of “the girl scout.”
Survivors include her son, William F. Miller of Slidell, LA; daughter, Debra Sheeley of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Fern Lux; brothers, Eugene Franklin, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Franklin and Jimmy Franklin. She is preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, William Frederick Miller.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 3rd from 1 to 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. A Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 PM at the White City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. A guest book may be signed at
