Mildred Schumacher, 90, died July 18, 2012 in Stuart, Florida.
Mrs. Schumacher was born in New York, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 1976 coming from Astoria, New York.
She was a nurse and a homemaker.
Survivors include her son Bill (Cherie) Schumacher of Nebo, NC; nieces Francine “Cookie” (Joseph) Obermeyer of Stuart, FL, Jane Forbes of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Lorraine Mallon of Knoxville, TN; nephew Dennis Mallon of Ft. Pierce, FL; grandson Edward (Loren) Schumacher of North Augusta, SC; granddaughter Katie Schumacher of Round Rock, TX; and great-grandchildren Amber and Ashley Schumacher. She was preceded in death by her husband George Schumacher.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday July 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
