Milidean “Dean” James, 76, died November 11, 2007 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mrs. James was born in Flippin, Arkansas and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1971.She was known as “Punkin” and graduated from Flippin High School where she was an exceptional basketball player standing at 5’2’’. Milidean was baptized at the First Baptist Church in Flippin, Arkansas. She was also a proud member of the Ruth Chapter #7 Order of Eastern Star and joined in 1976 locally. Her favorite times were to be with family, go bowling with her husband, fishing in Okeechobee, and crocheting a project. But her family was always first. She was a giving wife, loving mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother.Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Don R. James of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Lisa (Denny) Morgan of Ft. Pierce, FL and Pam (Buddy) Watson of Sebastian, FL; grandchildren, Scott (Crystal) Perry of Sarasota, FL, Sabrina (Bobby) Yawn of Ft. Pierce, FL and Staci (Justin) Shewell of Athens, GA; great-grandchildren, MaryAnn Glover of Ft. Pierce, FL and Madison Perry of Sarasota, FL.Services: A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 10:30 AM White City Cemetery.
