With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of Monalitto Devonn Moore, affectionately known as “Sir,” who departed this life on April 16, 2025, at the age of 49.
Born on March 20, 1976, Monalitto was a proud graduate of Lake Mary High School, where he laid the foundation for a life marked by dedication, humility, and strength. On November 20, 2001, he entered into a blessed union of marriage, a journey defined by enduring love and partnership.
Monalitto was employed as a fleet driver with Walmart, where he was known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and the quiet kindness he extended to everyone he met on the road and beyond. His commitment to his job was only rivaled by his devotion to his family and his faith.
He was a faithful member of Abundant Life Ministries, where he found spiritual strength and community. His presence in the congregation was steady and uplifting—a man who lived his faith through action, humility, and love.
Sir is survived by his wife Melanie Shonta Moore of Florida, sons; Monalitto Devonn Moore Jr. of South Carolina, Kennis Ramon Moore of Washington, DC, Jairus Devonn Moore of Florida, and Kitai Javonn Moore of Florida.
He is predeceased by his mother Vertrina Ann Moore.
Monalitto leaves behind a legacy of integrity, compassion, and grace. He will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to those he loved, his calm demeanor, and his generous heart.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
