Monique B. Parmentier Wisner, 94, died March 18, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Parmentier was born in Quebec, Canada and moved to the Treasure Coast 40 years ago coming from Rhode Island.
She was a fashion illustrator for department stores. She was also an oil/water color artist and talented seamstress.

Survivors include her husband of ten years, Russ Wisner of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Monique Shope of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Alberta Deberghes of Wrentham, MA; son, Albert Parmentier, Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Elyse Parmentier of New York, NY; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Services: A service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home.
