Myrtle Theresa Jackson, 88, died May 12, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Ms. Jackson was born in New York, New York and moved to the St. Lucie area in 1986 coming from Columbia, Maryland.
She served in the United States Women’s Army Corp from 1943-1952, member of American Legion Post 171 in Fort Pierce, National Association of Federal Employees, American Association of University Women, Democratic Women’s Club of St. Lucie County, member of A.A.R.P, and was an avid bowler.Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home.
