Survivors include her daughter, Michelle (Robert) Carter-Ryan of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Chad Carter of Fort Pierce, FL; grandson, Waylan of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Connie Avery of Fort Pierce, FL and Patricia (Kenny) Everett of Fort Pierce, FL; several nieces and nephews, 3 fur babies, Bud, Lucy, and Bella. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Carter, mother & stepfather, Erma & Clarence Dow and niece, Marci Luiso.
