Natalie Rose Dakan, 96, died September 19, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Dakan was born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida in 1998 coming from Prescott Valley, Arizona.
She was a very active member of Port St. Lucie Church of God and also was a Sunday School Teacher. She was an avid wildflower painter.
Survivors include her daughters, Karen (Raymond) Harris of Port St. Lucie, FL and Kassie (Darwin) Bostwick of Elizabethtown, KY; grandchildren, Joyce Danene Harm, Cheri Hurley, Marc Bostwick, Teri Gonzalez, and Todd Bostwick; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herman Rapelje and Eugene Dakan, and sister, Betty Higgins.
Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 10-11 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
