Nicholas Patrick Woodward September 15, 1995 to October 21, 2018
Nick, as he was fondly referred to by family and friends was born September 15, 1995 in Schenectady, New York. Nick is survived by his parents Patrick and Suzanne Woodward (Port St Lucie), his sister Allie Woodward (West Palm Beach), his brother Josh Woodward (Tampa), his maternal grandmother Camille DeLuke, the “love of his life” Whittnie Burchill (Port St Lucie), and several loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins (New York, Ohio & Florida).
Nick was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Robert L. DeLuke (Jensen Beach) and paternal grandmother Margaret Rowe (West Palm Beach).
Nick attended St Anastasia Catholic School from pre-school through eighth grade and graduated in 2014 from John Carroll Catholic High School. He was a four year varsity football player, senior class President, member of the National Honor Society and a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church. From 2014 to 2017 he attended North Carolina State University, and in 2018 was attending Florida Atlantic University. Nick enjoyed playing football, anything Ohio State Buckeyes, was an avid sports enthusiast and had a new found love in Micro Brewing.
Nick was loved by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him. He was a kind soul and a gentle giant. He was actively seeking a Management Information’s Systems degree from FAU. Nick enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially the love of his life Whittnie and their new puppy Fig. Nick was a young man who was dedicated to life and would have changed the world.

Nick would like everyone to wear their favorite team jersey or shirt to the service.
Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 1:00-3:00 PM and 5:00-8:00 PM with a Wake Service at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
For those attending the Mass at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, please park in the St. Anastasia soccer field.
