Norman Gillis
Norman Gillis, 80, died February 3, 2015 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Gillis was born in Alamo, Georgia and moved to Fort Pierce in 1954.
He drove for Flowers Bakery for 30 years. He was a rancher and really enjoyed his cows and donkeys. He never met a stranger.
Survivors include his sons, Joel Norman (Connie)Gillis of Dublin, GA, Keith Gillis of Atlanta, GA and Bruce (Candace) Gillis of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Denise (Tony) Sunshine of Dublin, GA; brother, Eschol (Caniola)Gillis of Macon, GA; sisters, Mathel Gillis of Dublin, GA and Sally (Warren) Matthews of Brownstown, MI; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Gillis, brothers, Bryan, Buddy and Randall, and sisters, Ada Walker and Sarah Spires.
