Mr. Cook was a life long resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was visiting St. Lucie County.
He worked for Potlatch Forest Paper Company for 29 years in Pittsburgh, owner of N& M Luncheonette for 17 years, and was employed by Pittsburgh National Bank for 10 years. He was a member of the First English Lutheran Church of Sharpsburg.Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Mary Cook of Pittsburgh, PA; daughters, Patricia Cook-Fernandez of Port St. Lucie, FL, Norma Fitzpatrick of Pittsburgh, PA, and Linda Alvarado of Pittsburgh, PA; son, Charles Cook of West Palm Beach, FL; sister, Shirley Mae Cook of Pittsburgh, PA; brother, Edward J.
