Oscar Floyd Osteen, 88, passed away on March 9, 2023 in Okeechobee, Florida.

Mr. Osteen was born in Fort Pierce, Florida and moved to Okeechobee, Florida in 2007.

Prior to retirement, he was a dragline operator. He enjoyed hunting and doing ranch work.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Barbara Ann Kilgore Osteen of Okeechobee, FL; son, Carson Osteen of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Nada Osteen of Okeechobee, FL; son, Samuel Osteen of Port St. Lucie, FL and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jason Christopher Osteen and daughter, Sharon Marie Osteen.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at White City Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral Home. An online guest book may be signed at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com
