Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Raymond McIntosh of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Beth Stephan of Lexington, OH; sons, Stephen McIntosh of Mansfield, OH and Michael McIntosh of New London, OH; sister, Pamela Hawkins of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, William Harris of Altoona, PA; and 5 grandchildren.
