Patricia J Weronik

Patricia J. Weronik (Tortorella), 83, born June 1941 in Bridgeport, CT, resided in Port St. Lucie, FL, and died January 5, 2024, at the hospital surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Patricia was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Richard M. Weronik, her brothers Donald and Jerry, her sister Phylis, and her parents Dominic and Helen. Patricia is survived by her three sons Michael, Steven and Bob and his wife Cathy, her grandchildren Christina, Stephanie, Dominic and Rachel, her sisters Joanne Pollick and Sharon Adkins, her brother Tony Tortorella, her beloved chihuahua and fourth son Frankie, and many other family members. 

Patricia was a devout Catholic, a close friend to everyone she knew, and the rock of the family. She was a member of the National Council of Catholic Woman and served for a term as President of St. Bernadette's Council of Catholic Woman where she helped foster the Back-To-Basics Program assisting underprivileged children with school uniforms, sneakers and clothing. Patricia was a career real estate agent, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to so many. 

Wake and visitation will be held at Haisley Funeral Home, 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34984, on Friday January 10th from 6pm to 8pm. The funeral mass with be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 350 NW California Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, on Saturday January 11th at 10am. An additional service and burial will occur in Meriden, CT, as soon as weather permits.
