Patricia Elaine Williamson, 53, left us on January 19, 2018 with her family by her side and her husband holding her hand in Vero Beach, Florida. She lost her 13 year battle against breast cancer.
Elaine was born on September 11, 1964 in Xenia, Ohio to Larry and Kay Black. She moved to Fort Pierce, Florida when she was 8 years old. She graduated from Westwood high school in 1982, she then proceeded on into the nursing program at Indian River State College. After graduation from nursing school she took her first job as a nurse at Indian River Medical Center. She spent her entire nursing career at IRMC advancing it by becoming a Nurse Practitioner in May of 2013. She stayed with the critical care unit at IRMC as their nurse practitioner for 2 ½ years until she was unable to work anymore.
Her passions included family, boating, enjoying life, friends and HGTV, but foremost she enjoyed being a caregiver for her family at home and friends at work. Elaine put family ahead of all else, as it was the most important thing in her life and she needed nothing else.
Elaine is survived by her husband Jason and two daughters and their spouses Chelsea and Shawn Koblegard, April and Chris Hermely, and her grandson Connor Koblegard.
