Patrick J. Adams, 70, passed away February 4, 2016 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Mr. Adams moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2012 from Floral City, Florida.

Patrick served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved playing basketball and was a fan of the Tampa Bay Rays. He enjoyed playing cards and baking, but his real passion was fishing.

Survivors include; daughters, Shanna (Brian) Gorby of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Theresa Stevens of Glenburnie, Maryland; sons, Joseph (Sue) Adams of Chincoteague, Virginia and Gary Paul Adams of Newaygo, Michigan; brother, Paul (Ann) Adams of Wyoming, Michigan; sister, Violet Mae Mooney of Cadillac, Michigan ; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Viva Sizemore; parents, Ira and Violet Adams; son, Wade Scott Adams; brothers, Ben Adams and Monty Adams.

Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral and Cremation Services Tribute Center.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM with a Memorial service to follow at 12:00 at the Haisley Funeral and Cremation Services Tribute Center, 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34984. www.haisleyfuneralhome.com
