Dr. Paul Raymond Hoskins
Paul Hoskins, age 89, of St. Lucie Village and long time Fort Pierce, Florida, dentist passed away on September 14, 2013.
Paul was born in Cowley, Wyoming, on May 22, 1924, and moved to Morgantown, West Virginia, in 1926 where he and his family remained for several years. He graduated from Morgantown High School, attended Mercersburg Academy, graduated from West Virginia University, and earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Pittsburg School of Dentistry in 1947. He proudly served two years in the United States Air Force as a dentist.
Paul moved to Fort Pierce, Florida, in 1949 where he practiced dentistry for forty-two years. He was a member of the American Dental Association, a life member of the Florida Dental Association, a member of the Vero Beach Church of Christ, a former member of the Fort Pierce Rotary, a member of Delta Tau Delta and Psi Omega fraternities. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jean Page Hoskins; son, Steve Hoskins and wife, Beth of Fort Pierce; and granddaughters Taylor and Page. He was preceded in death by his son Mark Hoskins and sister Peggy Hoskins.

Visitation will be at Haisley Funeral Home & Crematorium, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947, September 18, 2013, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, followed immediately by a funeral service. Interment will be in Glasgow, Kentucky, under the direction of A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home.
