Paul was born in Louisville, Kentucky and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 2010, coming from Ocean City, Maryland. He was a door-to-door salesman and worked in the Printing/Book Binding Division of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his stepsons, Richard “Dick” Hirst of Fort Pierce, FL and Thomas Hirst of Indian Rocks Beach and nephew, Roscoe “Rod” Lindsay of Silver Springs, MD.
