She was a homemaker and was an assembly worker for the food industry.
She is survived by her husband, of 62 years, Alfred N. Smith of Port St. Lucie, FL; her daughter, Valerita Miles of East St. Louis, IL; her son, Alfred E. Smith, of Port St. Lucie, FL; a sister, Vivia Wilson of Port St. Lucie, FL; 2 brothers, Rupert Sparkes of Brooklyn, NY and Grithert Sparkes of London, England; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on Saturday, December 20th from 10:00-11:00 AM at Morning Side Church at 2180 SE Morningside Blvd., in Port St. Lucie the Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at White City Cemetery.
