Phyllis Galan, 58, died March 31, 2007 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.Mrs. Galan was born in Puerto Rico and was a life long resident of St. Lucie County.Survivors include her sons, Ramon Rivera, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL and Porfirio Rivera of Wisconsin; her daughter, Nancy Johnson of Port St. Lucie, FL; mother, Baldomera Ruiz; grandchildren, Crystal Pena, Nikko Rivera, Jaylin Rivera, Julian Rivera, Jimmy Dylan Johnson and Ian Johnson; siblings, Jose Ruiz, Maria Ponce, Brenda Meadows, Joe Ruiz, Mary Velasquez, Anna Sisco, Carmen Arbelo and David Ruiz; partner, Enrique Navarro of Port St. Lucie, FL; she was preceded in death by her brothers, Frank and Alberto Ruiz and father, Fabian Ruiz.
