Pieter G. Stryker, 72, died March 23, 2015 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mr. Stryker was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and moved to Fort Pierce in 2000 coming from Boca Raton, Florida.

He was employed with Merrill Lynch for 35 years. He was on the board of New Horizons, Fort Pierce,
FL Wayside House, Delray, FL, Kids Connected by Design, Fort Pierce, FL, and Young Eagles, Fort Pierce, FL. He received his Bachelors Degree in finance from Widener University. He also piloted flights for Angel Flight.

Survivors include his sons, Gerritt Stryker of Hollywood, FL and Troy Stryker of Georgia; daughter, Susan Forrester of Philadelphia; and sister, Andre Hognestad of Illinois; and 3 grandchildren.
