Priscilla Mally
Priscilla Mally, 66, of Fort Pierce, Florida and Chester, Vermont went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 23rd surrounded by her friends and family. She was born October 13, 1947 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late James and Stella Mally. She leaves her sister, Georgia Mally of Hollywood, Florida; her lifelong friend, Kathy Mayshar of Chester, Vermont and Fort Pierce, Florida; her cousin and husband, Susan and Dan Rivelli of Oxford, Massachusetts;Ed and Maria Delaney of Pawley's Island, South Carolina; her favorite uncle, Al Kounaris of Wethersfield, Connecticut;special friends, Mike & Carol Guay and several cousins and a wealth of friends in many states. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, she was a physical education teacher at Manchester High School for 30 years. Her love of bird watching brought her far and wide. She was a member of St. Lucie Audubon Society and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
Priscilla courageously battled cancer for 20 years. The family wishes to thank Dr. Patricia DeFusco and her staff for their care and kindness. They also wish to thank Treasure Coast Hospice for going above and beyond the call of duty.
A visitation for Priscilla Mally will be held on Friday October 25, 2013 from 3-4:30 PM, followed by a Service at 4:30 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A celebration of Priscilla’s life will continue at the Club House of Tall Pines from 5:30-7:30. An online guestbook can be signed at
