Raymond A. Borland, 82 of Port Saint Lucie, Fl. passed away June 9, 2013. Born November 21st 1930, Ray attended the University of Florida before joining the United States Air Force and serving in the Korean Conflict. He returned to Ft. Pierce after his service and took a job with a small construction company called Rinker Materials. Ray worked at Rinker Materials for over 42 years in Ft. Pierce and West Palm Beach until his retirement as General Sales Manager, watching it become one of the largest construction supply companies in Florida.
Ray is survived by his wife Doe Borland, sister Dorothy Needs, children Neill (Joanne) Borland, Gary (Ann Marie) Borland, Dean Borland, David (Wendy) Nelson, Kristen (Tony) Lowrimore, grandchildren Emily, Will, Colby, Brianna, Kendall, Claire, Katie, David Jr., Holly, Sean, Chloe and Levi, as well as numerous nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
