Mr. Key was born in Coffee Springs, AL and moved to Ft. Pierce 43 years ago coming from Eustis, Florida.
He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church and enjoyed all sports and woodworking.
Survivors include his son, Gary Key of White City, FL; daughter, Sheryle Siegle of White City, FL; 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Jared, Ashley, Kevin Key and Laura King-Hemmerle; 2 great-grandchildren, Quinn and Nole Hemmerle; sister, Sarah Giorgio of Port St. Lucie, FL He was preceded in death by his wife, June Key.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2009 from 5-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be conducted on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Liberty Baptist Church. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
