Richard J. Aucoin

Richard J. Aucoin, 88, passed away peacefully February 19, 2023 surrounded by his beloved family.

Richard was born December 11, 1934 to John and Vera (McGuire) Aucoin in Bangor, ME. He married his beloved Irene on January 9, 1955. In his youth, he was a Merchant Marine and served proudly with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Richard owned Greater Metro Pest Control of Framingham, MA with his son, Stephen. In his free time, he enjoyed watching races and really enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas. Richard also enjoyed baseball, football, and golf. He especially enjoyed spending time with his extended family at St. Lucie Bakery.

Richard will be missed greatly by his beloved children, son, Stephen and wife, Maria Aucoin of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Sharon Madaglia of Framingham, MA, sons, Brian Aucoin of Charleston, SC and Kevin Aucoin of Deltona, FL and daughter-in-law, Cathi Aucoin of Rutland, MA. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Carolyn McAuliffe of Natick, MA. He will be remembered with love by his grandchildren, Marie, Brianna, Jason and his 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death, by his beloved Irene; son, Richard Aucoin Jr and granddaughter, Joanne Madaglia.

A Celebration of Life will be held March 25, 2023 from 12PM to 2PM with a Memorial service to begin at 2PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34947.
