Richard Cargill, 86, died February 12, 2012 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Cargill was born in New York City, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1977 coming from Miami, Florida.
Prior to retirement in 1976, he worked for the City of Miami Police Department. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marines.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Joan Cargill of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Robert Cargill of Cooper City, FL; daughter, Carol Zaccheo of Hallandale, FL; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
