He is survived by his mother, Ida Cram of Ft Pierce, FL; sister-in-law, Dawn Cram of Miami, FL; nephew Marc Cram of Richmond, VA; niece, Karen Cram Hoar of Carmel, NY; first cousin, Randy Haines of Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death by his father Harold Cram and his brother Kenneth Cram.
