Richard K. Donahue, 72, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away August 22, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family.
Richard moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 1990, coming from Boston, Massachusetts.
Richard was the 2nd generation owner of the medical device company his father founded. The company grew to be a national name during his tenure. He enjoyed spending summers at the family home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and playing tennis. Richard was a beloved husband and father. He loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include; beloved wife, Zoey Donahue; son, Richard Nelson (Kristin) Donahue of Vero Beach, Florida; daughter, Karen Ann Donahue of Vero Beach, Florida; sons, Matthew Kiervin Donahue of Orlando, Florida, and Shaun Michael Donahue and his fiancé, Katherine of Orlando, Florida; step-sons, Joey Hernandez of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Carlos Hernandez of Orlando, Florida; step-daughter, Kassandra Hernandez of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Donahue of Vero Beach, Florida; sister, Nancy (Joe) Haughton of Massachusetts; brother, Edward (Ellen) Donahue of Vero Beach, Florida.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 10AM to 11AM with a service to follow at 11AM at Haisley Funeral Home 3015 Okeechobee Road Fort Pierce, Florida. Burial will take place at White City Cemetery 3800 Sunrise Blvd Fort Pierce, Florida. A reception will follow at the Haisley Reception Center.
